Between Etios and Corolla, that is Toyota Vios – an attractive sedan to compete Honda City, Hyundai Verna and so on. The highlights of Vios are luxury, sporty and sexy looks. The tail lamps that spread to the sides and chrome strips make Vios similar to Corolla. It has a premium beige and black interior color code. The primary features include climate control, steering mounted audio controls, rear ac vent, etc. Vios will be available on 1.5 litre petrol and 1.4 litre diesel engine variants.

Skoda Octavia VRS is meant for those who look forward to performance sedan. Sports style seating, touch screen infotainment system, paddle shift, traction control, ESP, etc are its main features. The 2.0 litre turbocharged petrol engine has a 220 bhp strength. It acquire 0-100 km speed in just 6.8 seconds. The power of 2.0 litre turbocharged diesel engine is 184 bhp.

The second generation Cruze is on its way to the Indian roads. It will be coming with an increased length and wheelbase to best suit the Indian roads. Daytime running lamp, new grill, chrome inserts, etc are part of the new changes. Apple car play, 4G LTE Wifi, Heatable steering wheels and seats, wireless phone charging, blind spot monitoring system, lane keeping assist, etc are its top features. It has a new 1.4 litre 153 bhp engine too.

The most popular Ford Mustang that has a history of 51 successful years in the US will be coming to India this year. It is a sports car to rule the speed on road. The powerful 5.0 litre and a minor 2.3 litre ecoboost engines will be available. 5.0 litre V-8 engine has  400 bhp and 542 nm torque. The top power of the 2.3 litre engine is 310 bhp and 320 nm torque.

As wished by the fans of Honda and Accord, the diesel variant will be available from this year. Thus, with the success of Honda Amaze diesel engine, Honda now is expanding the research on diesel engines. So, in future we can expect diesel variants for all Honda models. Honda Accord will be having the newly developed 2.2 litre diesel engine producing 134 bhp and 347 nm torque. It also offers better fuel efficiency.
